a. | We have constructed and employed several versions of cDNA Microarrays to study the black tiger shrimp in different aspects namely reproductive maturation of broodstock, nutrigenomics, and stress responses. | |

a. | Microarray-based diagnostics for food pathogens and plant pathogens | |
b. | Bead-based microarray to detect food pathogens, plant pathogens, calcium biomarkers | |
c. | DNA microarray to detect bacteria community in the shrimp intestine to understand the dynamics of these bacteria and how they affect the well-being of the shrimp. | |
3. | Exploration of other technology platforms with high-throughput capacities for research and development | |
a. | Metabolomic analysis to unravel markers for aroma rice and brown planthopper resistant rice. |
