- The issued date on the receipt will be subject to the date you make payment. After issuing, it cannot be changed.

Cancellation Policy |

- If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason he/she may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else from the same institute/ organization. Notification must be received by the Conference Secretariat in writing (email or fax)
- If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund policy.
Refund Policy |
- 50% cancellation charge, will be made to any cancellation prior to before 31 January 2017
- No refund will be given for cancellation after 31 January 2017
- Refund will be made after 15 March 2017.
