BIOTEC, Thammasat University and international partners co-organized Workshop on Mycolotoxins in ASEAN and Post-Harvest Control Measures on 14-16 March 2016 at Thailand Science Park. The Workshop offered insight into the current situation of mycotoxin contamination in Southeast Asia and provided knowledge on various strategies to prevent and treat mycotoxin contamination in order to assist food companies to ensure safety products.
Speakers to this Workshop consisted of local and international experts as well as representatives from seven ASEAN countries. The Workshop attracted over 100 participants. This Workshop was co-organized by French Agricultural Research Centre for International Development (CIRAD) and the Italian Institute of Sciences of Food Production (ISPA-CNR) with funding provided by SEA-EU-NET Project.
