Research Focus: Genomics epidemiology study of bacterial zoonotic diseases and antimicrobial resistance
- Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for bioinformatics of antimicrobial-resistant bacteria.
- Eligibility/Specific Qualifications: The candidate must have a Ph.D. in bioinformatics.
Research Focus: Characterization of host-gut microbial interactions in marine shrimp
- Job Description: The candidate will work on host-microbial modeling and analyses of high-throughput data. The candidate will be expected to plan and carry out tasks independently and present and write up research findings on a regular basis.
- Eligibility/Specific Qualifications: The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D.in the field of systems biology or bioinformatics. Candidates with expertise in microbiology, molecular biology, or biochemistry are also welcome to apply.
Research Focus: Screening, identification, isolation, and structure elucidation of natural bioactive compounds from fungi
- Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for metabolite screening, characterization, identification, and structure elucidation of interesting metabolites from fungi.
- Eligibility/Specific Qualifications: The candidate must have a Ph.D. in Chemistry (Natural Products Chemistry) and basic knowledge of fungi is preferred.
Research Focus: Identification of phage-displayed peptides specific to shrimp allergens
- Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for phage screening, characterization, and biosensors development
- Eligibility/Specific Qualifications: The candidate must have a Ph.D. in Immunology, Microbiology, Biosensors
