BIOTEC-NSTDA is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Steffen Preissler as a Visiting Professor to collaborate with our teams in the development of comprehensive business canvases for our technologies as well as research proposals aimed at securing funding from various agencies.
Dr. Preissler is the Deputy Director and Head of the Knowledge and Technology Transfer Division at Fraunhofer Center for International Management and Knowledge Economy in Germany. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of research commercialization, making them a valuable addition to our research center. Their appointment underscores our commitment to fostering innovation and strengthening the bridge between academic research and real-world applications.
During the recent in-person meeting held at BIOTEC-NSTDA, Dr. Preissler engaged with our scientists and policy researchers, sharing insights, and discussing strategies on how to generate business opportunities through research.
