
17 July 2025, Thailand Science Park, Pathum Thani – The Functional Food and Ingredient Production Service Platform (FoodSERP), operated by the National Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (BIOTEC) under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), hosted the second FoodSERP Forum under the theme “Strategic Outlook for Future Food: Ecosystem and Real-world Application.”



The event opened with welcoming remarks by Dr. Kobkul Laoteng, Deputy Executive Director of BIOTEC, followed by a keynote presentation from Mr. Metha Jaratanakorn, Founder & CEO of CIP VALUE, he shared insights on innovation strategies, research opportunities, and trends in future food – particularly in the areas of health food, precision nutrition, and personalized food. Also present during the lecture was Assistant Professor Dr. Chaowaree Adthalungrong, Executive Director of BIOTEC, who listened to the presentation on this topic.


The session concluded with an engaging Q&A discussion, moderated by Dr. Kantinan Leetanasaksakul, a researcher at BIOTEC, providing a valuable platform for researchers to exchange ideas and practical knowledge.


This forum served as an important space for knowledge exchange on future food innovation, helping researchers prepare for the evolving challenges and opportunities in the food industry.
