Job description: The candidate will be working one of the research projects that are major focuses of our research group. One project will focus on using gene editing to dissect the process of viral RNA modifications during dengue virus infection. The other project will focus on protein engineering of VLP-Cas13b system to develop a programmable antiviral platform.
Eligibility: Ph.D. (graduated no more than 5 years) in molecular biology, biochemistry, virology, and immunology.
